總而言之,重量訓練是一個非常好的運動,同時也是一種訓練,好好的練身體會變強壯,不過,重量訓練一樣也會發生運動傷害,一旦練壞了,一樣要花很多時間來治療與復健,因此,如果你重訓的目標是身體健康,那麼,建議你不需要操之過急,因為練得越重受傷的風險相對會提高,就像是參與一場越激烈的球賽,會有更多衝擊和碰撞,所以你需要具備更強的身體素質才能夠承擔,因此,跟所有運動一樣,不要帶傷或者疲勞上場,請準備好再上場,並且好好的傾聽自己身體的聲音,你的身體會告訴你是否已經準備好迎接挑戰!
